Term 1 Massage Clinic
Based at the University Sports Centre the Sports and Swedish massage service is provided by the Centre for Physical Recreation and Sport for the benefit of all students and staff. It is run at a subsidised cost to Centre members to make it accessible to all members, athletes, recreational, competitive or Elite.
The practising therapists are Adele Kitching, Cath Hall and Sam Leighton

Session Times
- Thursdays 12-2pm
Sessions are 30 minutes in duration (1hr sessions are available on request)

Bookings:-
Can be taken over the telephone (0191) 222 7225 or in person at the
University Sports Centre. All bookings must be paid for at the
time of booking. Cash, cheque and credit cards accepted. 24 hours notice required for transfer. No refunds can be given once booking has been made.
Please Note:
- For your personal comfort please bring your own large towel
- Individuals must arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment.
- Avoid having a heavy meal or alcohol 4-5 hours prior to treatment
- Wear light loose fitting clothes
