Fitness Suite
The Fitness Suite boasts a diverse range of state-of-the-art exercise equipment. Split over two floors, the provision of cardio vascular machines, resistance machines and free weights will satisfy the need of any level of user.
All new health and fitness members will need to undergo an induction to ensure they can use all the equipment safely and effectively. Inductions involve an in depth demonstration of all the machines, together with each individual trying out all areas of the fitness suites.
The initial induction is free. However, if you fail to give 48 hours notice of cancellation or don't attend you will be charged a rebooking fee of £6.00. All inductions can be booked in person or by telephone.
