Intra Mural 7's Football
The IM 7's football league runs on a Wednesday evening from 5.30pm – 8pm during Terms 1 and 2. Sixteen teams participate in the league which is split into two divisions of eight. Teams can register for the 5.30pm – 6.45pm league or 6.45pm – 8pm league. All fixtures are played under floodlights on our 3G artificial pitch at Longbenton Sports Ground.
Fixtures are 30 minutes one way and teams play each other once in a league format. All games are assigned fully qualified referees. After the league fixtures the top four teams from both divisions qualify for the knock-outs - Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals and Final.
At the end of each Term the winning team are presented with a crystal trophy and winners medals as well as establishing their place in Intra Mural history.
There are two separate registration periods for the league – April/May and November/December.
