Exchange Students 2011/12 (effective from September 2011)
This is open to Newcastle University exchange and study abroad students as approved by the International Office.
Semester 1 expires 27 January 2012 - Semester 2 expires 15 June 2012.
Application forms are available from the International Office (level 2, King's Gate). Once the form has been completed it must be stamped and signed by an authorised signatory in the International Office. The approved application form should then be submitted in person by the applicant at the Sports Centre reception.

In order to ensure safe and effective use of the equipment anyone taking out Gold membership must complete an induction before using the Fitness Suite. The e-induction is available online. Alternatively an induction can be booked in the Fitness Suite with one of our fully qualified staff members. The induction is FREE, however if you fail to give 24 hours notice of cancellation or fail to turn up, the rebooking charge is £6.00. You can book an induction at the Sports Centre or by telephone.
Applications can only be processed in person by calling into the Sports Centre. Completed application forms must be stamped and signed by the International Office.
This Category of membership is only available to students on the following programmes:
- Socrates Erasmus (semester only course)
- Non - EU exchange (semester only course)
- Study abroad programme (semester only course)
