Staff Membership 2013/14 (effective from 1 August 2013)
University staff can join at the Sports Centre reception.
Full or part-time staff on the University payroll are offered rolling memberships of the Sports Centre. Rolling memberships enable staff members to gain a full 12 months membership of the Centre from their date of application. Your University SMART Card is required for identification.

In order to ensure safe and effective use of the equipment anyone taking out Gold membership will be required to complete an induction course before you can use the Health & Fitness facilities. The initial induction is FREE and can either be done in person at the Sports Centre with one of our qualified instructors or you can access the e-induction online prior to visiting the gym. All FREE inductions can be booked at the Sports Centre or by telephone (£6.00 charge applicable if no prior notice of cancellation given).
Payment of memberships can be made by cash, cheque, debit or credit card or members of staff can elect to have their membership deducted at source from their salary in one lump sum or over two consecutive months.
Those purchasing a Gold membership will be able to make payment from their salary over a 12 month period. There will be a minimum subscription period of 12 months with this option.
