Following on from their amazing victory for the first time ever in the Senior Women’s 8 at the Women’s Henley Regatta the crew have now just qualified for the Remenham 8s at men's Henley.

This is quite simply an outstanding result.  The girls managed to secure one of only 3 places up for grabs from 12 crews and will now be racing in a draw of 10 crews from France, America, Australia, Germany, Canada, Holland, USA and UK, all at senior International standard.  

There will be only two universities involved here, that will be Newcastle and Harvard from the USA.  This is just a fantastic achievement for the girls to qualify for the Men’s Henley. The squad have just gone from strength to strength through the season and as only 1 girl from our current 1st 8 is leaving this year it is very exciting for next year. Good luck to both the women’s and men’s crews racing this weekend at Henley.
