Elite Athlete & Performance Scholarship Awards

This form should be completed if you wish to apply for a place on Newcastle University's Elite Athlete Squad and/or a Performance Sport Scholarship Award.

A Supporting Statement from your Coach/Mentor/NGB is required and can be uploaded at the bottom of this application form.

Please Note: All successful applicants will be required to abide by the terms and conditions set out in the Performance Athletes Contract.

2013/14. All Elite and Sports Scholarship Award recipients must also attend the following compulsory meetings at the Sports Centre:

Tuesday 15 October 2013: 8.00am - 9.00am
Friday 18 October 2013: 12.30pm- 1.45pm
