Getting the Most From your Performance and Development Review

Aimed At: This workshop is aimed at new members of staff who would like to find out about the University’s PDR scheme.

Workshop Overview

The Performance and Development Review (PDR) scheme is a university-wide scheme. The key aims are to provide staff with the opportunity to evaluate their performance and discuss their development needs in relation to their personal, team and institutional objectives. This workshop will explain how the scheme operates and how to prepare for the review meeting.

To make learning more flexible, there is an e-learning module available as an alternative to attending the workshop. Please contact Victoria Beesley(victoria.beesley@newcastle.ac.uk) or ext. 3424 if you would prefer to use the e-learning module.
