Whether you are new to chairing meetings or want to build on the knowledge and skills you already have in this area this workshop can help.
When chairing a meeting; do you keep to the agenda? How well do you cope with unexpected items on the agenda? Did it finish on time? Were difficult situations or people managed to your satisfaction? If the answer to any of these is no, attend this workshop to enhance your skills at chairing meetings.
This half-day workshop takes a practical approach to chairing meetings which will enable you to decide what style and processes are best for you when chairing a meeting(s). Together these will help you to have positive outcomes from meetings and give you confidence to chair a meeting with authority and keep to the purpose, agenda items and the timelines of the meeting.
