Absences
If you are a BLUE TEAM Student Ambassador please report absences to Louise Shepherdson or Kirsty Sturman and also to the Project Manager/Key contact of the event/activity you are working on.
If you are a RED TEAM Student Ambassador you must report absences to Simon Laing or Dawn Cuthbertson and also the Project Manager/Key contact of the event/activity you are working on.
This should be done by phone so that all the necessary staff can be informed and alternative arrangements made as soon as possible.
