About Us
The In-Sessional English language programme has been running successfully at Newcastle University for over 20 years. It has developed from a small programme, with small numbers of students and part-time teachers into one of the most extensive and comprehensive In-Sessional support programmes in the country staffed by experienced and dedicated full-time English for Academic Purposes (EAP) teachers.
Our aim is to achieve and maintain a position as an exemplary provider of In-Sessional English support for international students at British Universities.

The in-sessional teaching was authentic and friendly. It encouraged integration and interaction among students from different cultural backgrounds from Chile to China. The instructor was very knowledgeable and well-prepared. I hope such classes are offered again since I learnt a lot from them.
