Student online in resource libraryThis section contains information about sources of English language support in the University which are not part of the In-Sessional English programme.

Cesar RomeroCesar Romero, Mexican, MSc Offshore Engineering

Firstly, I had not taken any pronunciation course in Mexico until getting Newcastle University and it was very useful for me learning about connected speech, the phonetic alphabet and also noticing that there are good references in the Open Access Area to improve pronunciation skills.

Finally, let me tell you that INTO teacher’s feedback is always really useful since they take time to let us know what is wrong in our performance and even what goes well. I think this is one the features of INTO staff.
