Student Progress is part of Student Services. We report to the Academic Registrar as part of Student and Academic Services.
Student Progress deals with changes in student circumstances and can offer advice on University regulations to academic schools and students. However, for students, the first point of contact should often be your personal tutor.

We provide documents confirming student status, statements of qualification and transcripts of study. We also provide information on hardship funding and bursaries.
We manage the main University student record system. the timetabling system and University regulations.
