The Interaction Team are the first point of contact for face to face enquiries to level 2 Helpdesk in Student Services, and in most cases the first point of contact for email, telephone or correspondence enquiries; all of which are recorded within the University’s CRM system (customer relationship management system). The Interaction Team would deal fully, unless there was a need to forward the enquiry to a specialist colleague from a service area.
The Interaction Team manages the University Switchboard between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays and Closure Days).
