Please choose a hotel from the list of approved hotels in Newcastle, available on the Purchasing Services website. When booking the room, please quote Newcastle University in order to obtain the contract rate and let them know that the Examinations Office will raise the purchase order. The invoice will be sent directly to Finance for payment. A rate of up to £90 per night will be paid from the Examinations Office budget; schools wishing to accommodate external examiners in more expensive hotels will be asked to pay the difference.

Please complete the order form for in-class test script books at least 10 days before the date of the test. We will arrange for the required amount to be delivered by the porters. Please note that there is a cost of £50 per box.
