Verification Documentation
Please select from the following:
- HaSS verification documents * These are documents for awards achieved by undergraduate or postgraduate students in the Faculty of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences
- SAgE verification documents * These are documents for awards achieved by undergraduate or postgraduate students in the Faculty of Science, Agriculture and Engineering (including Biomedical Sciences)
- UG Medical verification documents * These are documents for awards achieved by undergraduate students in the Faculty of Medical Sciences
- PG Medical verification documents * These are documents for awards achieved by postgraduate students in the Faculty of Medical Sciences
- Verification of study requests These types of documents are often used for prospective employers
- Duplicate Parchment This is a duplicate copy of your parchment, and will bear the word 'duplicate' at the top and the date of issue at the bottom
- Certified copies of your Parchment This is a photocopy of your parchment (this must be supplied by you), which the University will authenticate as a true copy of the original document. Please only apply for this option if you have a photocopy of your original parchment
*NB: if you graduated during or after 2007 and still have your S3P login and password you can access and print your own documents. Any enquiries relating to this should be directed to the IT Service Desk.
Change in your circumstances
If your circumstances change and you want to transfer degree programmes, suspend your studies or withdraw from the University we can help with this and take care of the necessary documentation. The Careers Service is also able to offer you impartial and confidential advice if you are considering transferring or leaving your course.
Council Tax Exemption
If you are registered as a full time student at Newcastle University you will be exempt from paying Council Tax. Follow the link to obtain a Council Tax Exemption Certificate.
