Student Progress needs to be informed as soon as possible of any of the following change of circumstances so the appropriate procedure can be followed. In some cases where information is delayed, it could bring about financial implications for the student.
Permission for these adjustments are often reliant on approval from the Degree Programme Director. A student may request an adjustment to their pattern of study by completing a DPD Request form and submitting it to the School office

This procedure is only to be used for current students transferring to alternative degree programmes within the University:
A suspension is only to be used when a student wishes to leave the University on a temporary basis intending to return to study on the same or alternative degree programme at a later date:
The absence without leave procedure is only to be used when a student has not given any indication of absence from their studies:
A withdrawal is only to be used when a student wishes to leave the University permanently, not if they are transferring to a different degree programme within the University:
