The aim of the policy is to promote a working and learning environment in which harassment and bullying are known to be unacceptable and where individuals have the confidence to deal with harassment and bullying without fear of victimisation.

Students should seek to resolve issues informally in the first instance by following the Dignity at Work and Study Code of Practice.
If the harassment/bullying continues or is more serious, students should follow the student complaints procedure.
