Police Registration
When you receive your visa, you should check to see if you are required to register with the police.
If you are required to register with the Police, you must do so at the earliest opportunity. There are very severe penalties for students who fail to register or fail to keep their police certificate up-to-date by reporting changes of circumstances, such as:
- Change of UK address
- Change of Tier 4 sponsor
- Marriage
- Birth of a dependant child
- Passport/visa extension

You must attend your appointment on time and you must take with you:
- Your passport
- Your certificate of attendance
- £34 in cash
- Passport photographs
- Sponsor letter if applicable.
