About Us

The Student Wellbeing Service provides information, advice and guidance on a wide range of student support issues to enable all students to maximise their potential whilst at university. Detailed information about the support we can provide is outlined on this website and includes the following areas:

The Student Wellbeing Service is located in King's Gate - an accessible site at the heart of the campus. The Helpdesk for our service is on level 2 of King's Gate and is managed by the Interaction Team. The team will be able to answer many questions directly, providing expert advice and signposting to colleagues, if needed.

Opening Hours

The Helpdesk is open 09.00 - 17.00 on weekdays (except on Wednesdays when it opens at 10.00). The service is open throughout the year, except on bank holidays and during the University Christmas closure.

See emergency and out of hours for emergencies or help outside of our opening hours.
