Foyer Bursaries
The government provides funding, via the Access to Learning Fund to help UK students from Foyers (and those who have left a Foyer within 12 months of commencing their studies) to access higher education.
Students qualifying are eligible to receive £1,000 each year of their course of study and the money is intended to help students pay for accommodation during long vacations and help with general living costs.

Registered students from Foyers or other homeless students may also be eligible to apply for discretionary funding through the Access to Learning Fund.
