How we can help
Dyslexia Support can help you in a variety of ways:
- providing information and advice about Disabled Students Allowance (DSA)
- arranging examination concessions
- providing one to one study support
- arranging for psychological assessment
Examination concessions
In order to be eligible for examination concessions (usually additional time) you will need to provide a full assessment report produced by a chartered psychologist when you were aged 16 years or over.
You will need to bring a copy of this report into Student Wellbeing where it will be kept on your confidential file.
If your psychological assessment was carried out before you were 16 years old you will need to have an adult assessment and we can help you to arrange this.
