We offer Online Counselling in addition to our face to face Counselling service.
You may want to choose Online Counselling if you find it easier to write about your thoughts and feelings in an email or via instant messaging (e.g. using Skype without a webcam) - rather than talk face to face in a room about issues that can often be sensitive.
Online Counselling may be more convenient if you are away from the campus, for example on placement or holidays (within the UK). Some people find online counselling a more accessible option as may single student parents or carers with restricted daytime availability.

Once your situation has been assessed, we will send you an e-mail telling you that you will be offered online appointments or if we believe that another approach would be more beneficial to you e.g. your GP or face to face counselling, we will inform you of that.
