Room Bookings
You may book a room on-line using the Web Room Booking system and check the availability of any room on campus at University room timetables. If the room you require is not available via the on-line system or you require further assistance, please email room-bookings@ncl.ac.uk.
If you need a room at short notice, or would like advise on a room or suitable space on campus, please call Timetable Services on 0191 222 5451.
Reporting Faults in Teaching Rooms
If you find a fault with any audio visual equipment within a room, please advise Teaching and Cluster Room Support
Any repairs required to a Common User room can be notified by completing and returning a repairs requisition. These are available within the room, or by using the defect reporting system.
