King's Gate Meeting Spaces
Information for staff working within King's Gate
Before booking a meeting room you should make yourself familiar with the King's Gate room booking policy that covers which spaces within the building are available, any restrictions on their use and conditions/procedures associated with arranging a booking. Where ever possible, always book a meeting space convenient for the meeting attendees and consider the disruption any event may have on nearby operational areas.
Booking rights or permissions are pre-set by your role and service you belong to, additional permission can be requested by completing the e-bookings - request additional permissions form.

All meeting rooms are fitted with a plasma screen display, wireless mouse and keyboard; level 1 training rooms and the level 5 conference room have a ceiling mounted data projection system in place of a plasma screen. Instructions and rules around catering of meetings can be found in the booking policy.

Additional
accessibility requirements
Some locations on campus may not be
wheelchair accessible or fitted with an induction loop. When booking a room
on campus and in particular when using the web room booking service, accessibility
requirements e.g. Wheelchair access, should be added in step 1 of the requirements
page to ensure a suitable location is booked.
