King's Gate Meeting Spaces

Information for staff working within King's Gate

Before booking a meeting room you should make yourself familiar with the King's Gate room booking policy that covers which spaces within the building are available, any restrictions on their use and conditions/procedures associated with arranging a booking. Where ever possible, always book a meeting space convenient for the meeting attendees and consider the disruption any event may have on nearby operational areas.

Booking rights or permissions are pre-set by your role and service you belong to, additional permission can be requested by completing the web room bookings - request additional permissions form.

All meeting rooms are fitted with a plasma screen display, wireless mouse and keyboard; level 1 training rooms and the level 5 conference room have a ceiling mounted data projection system in place of a plasma screen. Instructions and rules around catering of meetings can be found in the booking policy.
