Students with Disabilities: Applying to Newcastle University

We are committed to providing an accessible environment for our students. We can provide course information in alternative formats such as large print, Braille and audiotape. If you need this information, please contact Student Services.

We encourage you to contact and/or visit us before you apply so that you can find out more about the University's provision for disabled students.

We hold three annual University Open Days. If you tell us when booking, we can arrange for you to meet with members of the Student Wellbeing Service (Disability Support). We will also organise any support you might need for the day.

We recommend that you disclose any information relating to your disability or medical condition in your UCAS application. This will enable us to contact you with more information on how we can support you. We can also organise for you to to meet with a member of the right team.
