Oceanography is an exciting science that brings together aspects of biology, chemistry, physics and geology in the study of the seas.
This course combines key elements of marine biology and ecology in exploring how tides and currents influence heat exchange around our planet, and how essential nutrients and chemicals are cycled through the marine environment to support life.
Our degrees are divided into Stages. Each Stage lasts for an academic year and you need to complete modules totalling 120 credits by the end of each Stage.
