AAB-ABB including Biology and normally another science subject from: Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics. Would consider Geography and Psychology as second science but it is likely that offer would be at higher end and include A in Biology. General Studies excluded. Chemistry is preferred at A or AS level, but not essential. GCSE Mathematics minimum grade B if not offered at A or AS level.
AAABB-AABBB at Higher Grade including two science subjects. Advanced Higher Biology and another science subject normally required. Acceptable science subjects are: Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics. Would consider Geography and Psychology as second sciences but it is likely that offer would be at the higher end. Higher Grade Chemistry desirable.
35 points normally including Higher Level Biology at grade 6 or above. Chemistry is preferred at Higher Level but not essential. Mathematics or Mathematical Studies and Chemistry required at Standard Level grade 5 if not offered at Higher Level.

A unit in Biological Sciences is essential and units in Chemistry, Mathematics or Quantitative Methods desirable. At least 30 level 3 credits at Distinction and in addition at least 15 level 3 credits at a minimum of Merit.
