ABB-BBB including Geography and preferably at least one scientific A level, but excluding General Studies and Critical Thinking. Preference will be given to applicants with mathematical and science-based A levels. GCSE Mathematics (minimum grade B) required if not offered at A level.
Two Advanced Highers preferred, at AB, including Geography and preferably Mathematics or other scientific subjects. Alternatively, AABBB-ABBBB at Higher Grade, including Geography and preferably Mathematics or other scientific subjects. Combinations of Advanced Highers and Highers accepted.
A minimum of 32-34 points with Geography at Higher Level grade 6. Standard Level Mathematics or Mathematical Studies at grade 5 required if not offered at Higher Level.
A1A1B1B1B at Higher level, to include Geography and preferably Mathematics.
A level 3 unit in a geographical, environmental or engineering-based subject is desirable. A unit in Mathematical Studies or Quantitative Methods is essential. At least 30 level 3 credits at Distinction and, in addition, at least 15 level 3 credits at a minimum of Merit.
