ABB including Mathematics and Chemistry and preferably Physics and/or Biology but excluding General Studies and Critical Thinking . Chemistry accepted at AS level (grade A or B) if offered in combination with A level Mathematics and Physics. GCSE Physics or Double Award Science (minimum Grade B) required if Physics not offered at A Level.

If you don’t have the right mathematics and/or science qualifications for direct entry, you can take a Chemical Engineering Foundation Year:
This will provide you with the knowledge you need to progress to one of our three- or four-year Chemical Engineering degrees.
For this degree you will need a minimum score of IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
