Research provides the foundation for teaching at all levels in Newcastle University Business School. This ensures that your study material reflects current accounting practice. Our research expertise is reflected in your choice of modules, particularly in the later Stages of your degree.
Modules are taught by a mixture of lectures, seminars, workshops, and tutorials. In a typical week most students will have eight to 16 hours of lectures and two to six hours of seminars, tutorials, and workshops. Optional help sessions and online self-study software programmes are also available.
