This course is divided into two parts:
- Part 1: full-time intensive study of English language and study skills at INTO Newcastle University for a minimum of one term.
- Part 2: selected undergraduate academic modules at Newcastle University. You will also continue to benefit from English classes.

Modules for 2017/18 entry
Study Abroad with English is divided into two parts:
Part 1Part 1
This consists of full-time intensive study of English language and study skills at INTO Newcastle University for a minimum of one term.
This will enable you to reach the level required for studying academic modules. You can join the course at different entry points depending on your language level and individual itinerary.
Part 2Part 2
You will study individually selected undergraduate academic modules at Newcastle University alongside UK and international students.
You can select academic modules from a wide variety of subjects in consultation with your personal tutor and the University's Study Abroad Office. This will depend on your English language levels, subjects you have studied before and module availability. Examples are:
- Accounting and Finance
- Architecture and Planning
During part 2, you will also continue to benefit from English classes to compliment your academic modules.
To study on this course you need to meet the following entry requirements.

You must have successfully completed at least one year of study at university or college overseas.
You should provide a statement of your previous studies with a personal statement explaining which subject areas you would like to study during part two of the course.
You need to be 17 years old, or older.
After studying with us for a year, you will return to your home institution to complete your course.
