ABB including French, German or Spanish at grade A with B in GCSE Mathematics. Where a candidate wishes to study a single language from beginners level and is not studying an A Level in a language then B in a language at GCSE is required.
AABBB at Higher Grade, including French, German or Spanish at grade A. Mathematics required at grade 2 Standard Grade (or Intermediate 2 equivalent). Combinations of Highers and Advanced Highers accepted. Where a candidate wishes to study a single language from beginners level and does not have a language at Higher Grade, then grade 2 Standard Grade (or Intermediate 2 equivalent) is required in a language.
A minimum of 34 points with Higher Level French or German or Spanish at grade 6 or above. Standard Level Mathematics or Mathematical Studies required at grade 5 if not offered at Higher Level. Where a candidate wishes to study a single language from beginners level and does not have a language at IB Higher Level then Grade 5 in a language at IB Standard Level is required.
