ABB including Music, Music Technology or another music-related subject. Applicants should be practitioners in a type of contemporary or popular music.
AABBB at Higher Grade including a music-related subject. Applicants should be practitioners in a type of contemporary or popular music.
A minimum of 34 points with Music at Higher Level. Applicants should be practitioners in a type of contemporary or popular music.
A1A1B1B1B at Higher Level including a music-related subject. Applicants should be practitioners in a type of contemporary or popular music.
Level 3 units in Music (including Music Theory) required. At least 30 level 3 credits at Distinction and, in addition, at least 15 level 3 credits must be achieved at a minimum of Merit. Applicants should be practitioners in a type of contemporary or popular music.
Applicants with a BTEC Higher National Diploma at Pass grade in a music-related subject including at least 90 credits at Distinction (at least 60 credits of which should be from the areas of composition, song writing, studio production and/or performance) will be considered for direct entry to Stage 2.
BTEC Extended Diploma in a music-related subject at overall DDD.
Applicants with 65% in a Foundation Degree where the curriculum topics provide suitable preparation for this programme will be considered for direct entry to Stage 2.
D3, M2, M2 in Principal Subjects including Music or Music-related subject. Applicants should be practitioners in a type of contemporary or popular music.
