Reporting a Fault
To report a fault you should complete our online Repair Report Form as soon as possible. We aim to deal with your repair as quickly as possible. We prioritise repairs to ensure that the most urgent are dealt with first. Download NUMed Repairs and Response Priorities (PDF: 128KB) for details.
We know that sometimes things go wrong, if they do we’d like to hear about them.
We have a procedure to deal with complaints to ensure they are dealt with fairly and quickly.
Complaints can be submitted by:

- Completing our Complaints Form
