INTO Bernicia is one of our managed partnership residences, owned by INTO Newcastle.
INTO Bernicia is not available for September 2023 applicants. It offers two different room types – en-suite rooms and studios. En-suite rooms feature 3-foot beds (single size) whilst the studios provide small double beds and both bedroom types benefit from being professionally cleaned once a week. En-suite rooms are located on corridors and share a communal kitchen with up to seven students.

You couldn’t find a better location for accommodation – close to campus, in the city centre, just a 1-minute walk to the Students' Union. INTO Bernicia is located next to the INTO building, on central campus next to Herschel building and Haymarket metro station.

The contract is a fixed term period of 39 weeks and covers the duration of the academic year. Rents are charged per day, so if your contract differs to the fixed term period (i.e. earlier arrival)*, you will incur additional accommodation charges at the relevant daily rate. All utility bills are included, WiFi is free.
