Engagement and Impact Sessions for Researchers

Newcastle University's Faculty of Medical Sciences hosts monthly advice and guidance sessions to help you learn about ways you can include patients and the public in your research.

Date/Time: 14th September, 2017 - 11.30am - 12.30pm

Venue: Ridley Atrium, Newcastle University Medical School

The drop-in session will be between 11.30 and 12.30 and will take place in Ridley Atrium.

We deliver advice and guidance with all aspects of Patient and Public Engagement & Involvement (PPE/I).

The session on 14th September will cover:

  • the differences between engagement, involvement and participation
  • REF impact
  • how engagement and impact are linked
