  • tap into professional and academic networks which may benefit you and your career
  • broaden your social circle and reunite with old friends and classmates
  • enhance the profile and presence of Newcastle University worldwide
  • gain new skills or experience in a particular field

If you're unsure which opportunity suits you, contact for further information.

Careers Support

We want all of our graduates to be successful in their careers.

Getting involved

We welcome chances for our global alumni community to 'give back' and provide our students with valuable experience that enhances their future employability.

The business expertise and industry insight of alumni represent a huge asset to our students as they prepare for their careers and life ahead after graduation.

We would particularly welcome interest from graduates who can provide:

  • face to face mentoring on campus
  • career insight talks (gain public speaking experience and raise the profile of your company)
  • employer presentations (recruit from the latest pool of talent coming from Newcastle University)
  • internships and work placement opportunities

You can also advertise graduate job opportunities directly to Newcastle students via the Careers Service.
