As part of NCL in Action 2024, we're running a series of lunchtime online workshops where you can learn from industry leaders in your alumni community about how to overcome some of the most common barriers to career progression.

In this practical workshop, you'll explore what imposter syndrome is, how it affects everyone (especially those in leadership positions), and how you can effectively manage it so that you can stay focused on being an outstanding leader.

This workshop will be led by Newcastle alumna and Career Coach, Laura Ogilvie-Jones.

Other topics covered during the career progression workshops include overcoming cultural differences and financial empowerment & wellbeing. You can register for one or all of the workshops in the series. However, please note that there are limited places available for each of the workshops and places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
