Alumni UK Symposium Malaysia 2023
The British Council in Malaysia is delighted to invite all Newcastle alumni in Malaysia to participate in the inaugural Alumni UK Symposium.
The inaugural Alumni UK Symposium will launch British Council Malaysia’s 75th anniversary celebrations. It is an exclusive, invitation-only one-day event designed to create connections between graduates from UK universities and to recognise their aspirations and collective potential. Themed “Bridging opportunities”, the symposium aims to provide a platform for UK alumni to interact and make connections, deepen professional relationships and to build a strong network of influencers for public good and long-term engagement with the UK.
Careers Fair
Alumni UK Careers Fair will take place alongside the symposium, showcasing about 20 employers. This is a prime opportunity for UK alumni who are at different stages in their professional lives and careers to consider expanding their opportunities in a wide range of fields, including business and management, engineering, technology, healthcare, economics, law, social work and sustainable development.
Malaysia-based graduates can also apply for the British Council's Challenge Fund
The Challenge Fund is designed to engage alumni in championing Alumni UK, a new and valuable global network for people around the world who hold a UK degree.
