Great success for the School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape in the Student Rep Awards 2018/19

A massive congratulations to all our winners, runner ups and nominees

On Monday 13 May 2019, Newcastle University Students Union (NUSU) celebrated the amazing achievements of student representatives and the staff who support student representation at the annual Student Rep Awards.

The Student Rep Awards are part of NUSU’s Celebrating Success Awards Scheme and are designed to recognise the brilliant work of Academic Reps and the staff who support them, Community Reps, Hall Reps, NUSU Part-time Officers and students who have campaigned for a better University experience for its students.

The nominees within the School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape were as follows:

Course Rep UG of the Year

Ben Tattersall (Geography and Planning UG)- Runner Up

Diane Odede (Architecture and Urban Planning UG)- Nominee

School Rep UG of the Year

Amy Ingle (Planning UG)- Runner up 

Student Staff Committee of the Year

Planning Staff Student Committee- Winner 


Diana Odede (Architecture and Urban Planning UG) was also a keynote speaker at the awards ceremony.
