We're recruiting for a Professor of Urban Data Analysis

We are seeking to appoint a Professor of Urban Data Analysis based in the Global Urban Research Unit (GURU). Critically engaging the world of big and open data and new, innovative and experimental strategies, techniques and technologies in a digital context, this exciting new post will lead and develop urban data analysis in the School.

Central to the role is mapping, modelling and visualising urban data to conceptualise, theorise and explain the spatial differentiation and inequalities of cultural, economic, environmental, political and social phenomena at a range of geographical scales. Candidates with expertise in analysing housing, education, employment and/or health data are particularly welcome.
