Dr Tom Brigden

Leverhulme Early Career Fellow


Tom is a practicing architect with a keen interest in heritage and experience in the field of architectural conservation across the UK and Australia. His current book project for the Royal Institute of British Architects, and supported by the Leverhulme Trust, traces the origin and history of policies of view protection in architecture and urbanism. Tom's research was commended as 'outstanding' at the RIBA President's Awards for Research in 2014.
