Athena SWAN Cross Faculty Forum
Networking opportunity
The Athena SWAN Cross Faculty Forum was established in 2016 as part of the University's Silver Action Plan.
The purpose of the forum is to provide a platform for members of departmental Self-Assessment Teams to network, share ideas and discuss common challenges.
Meetings are usually held on a termly basis, with each of the three Faculties hosting the forum on a rota basis.
Each meeting is focused on a specific theme:
- Expanded Athena SWAN Charter (April 2016)
- Developing the Business Case for Diversity (October 2016)
- Intersectionality (November 2017)
- Aiming Higher - Going for Gold (March 2018)
Meetings are advertised by email, Faculty Committee meetings and on the Athena SWAN events webpage.
