The expanded Athena SWAN Charter now includes consideration of Professional Support and Technical Staff.

The aim of this session is to discuss the different career development pathways and routes to promotion for these staff groups.   We will discuss potential barriers and consider different solutions to those challenges.  

The learning from this session will be shared with departments within the University to support positive action and Athena SWAN applications.
