Free lunchtime webinars introducing the Equality Challenge Unit (ECU)'s revised trans guidance, delivered by ECU Policy Programme Manager, Ellen Pugh.

The webinar will primarily focus on the following areas within ECU’s guidance:

terminology, Law and our understanding of transition,
staff and student expectations around titles and pronouns and the ability to change their name and gender on records systems
key questions for ensuring confidentiality within records systems
data collection in the context of different questions being asked by different sector agencies
