To celebrate International Women in Engineering Day, the Tyne and Wear Young Members' Panel are hosting a free event during which a number of Engineers will be sharing their career path stories and experiences within Engineering.  

The evening will include talks from six different engineers from diverse backgrounds, who will talk about about their roles and their career journeys to date.  There will also be an opportunity to learn about the different paths within engineering and network with engineers from a variety of different companies.  

This event is for anyone who is interested in a career within a STEM subject.  The event will be hosted by Northumbria University, but staff and students at Newcastle University are welcome to attend.  Please see the event website for more information.
