The Organisational Development team co-ordinates a wide range of training and development opportunities for all staff groups.

Online training modules include:

  • Getting the most from your PDR (appraisal)

We also have resources for new staff, career development materials and IT skills programmes.  Email Organisational Development for more information.

Mentoring can offer fantastic networking opportunities and assist with career development. Both mentors and mentees can benefit hugely by developing interpersonal skills and finding out about other areas of the University.

NU Mentoring is a University-wide mentoring scheme open to all members of University staff.  For more information, visit the the Organisational Development webpage (internal only).
