Teaching

I am the Degree Programme Director for Dietetics.  My role involves developing and leading the new undergraduate dietetic programme which will commence in September 2020.

I currently Teach on the BSc Food and Human Nutrition, MBBS and Dental programmes, and I also contribute to the MSc Clinical Science programme as module leader for MSC8002 Research Skills for Health Care Professionals (E-Learning).

As a Level 3 ISAK Anthropometrist, I lead and deliver ISAK Level 1 and 2 courses.

Research

My research interests are in the areas of:

  • Dietetic education
  • Anthropometry; and
  • Body composition.
