We are a vibrant group of over 50 faculty members with varied teaching and research interests. Our research and degree programmes span both customer and business-facing disciplines that are critical for businesses. These disciplines include:

  • supply chain management

Our research

The Marketing, Operations and Systems (MOS) subject group undertakes research across a range of areas. These areas are core to supporting businesses and other organisations. They include disciplines that are customer-facing, such as marketing, innovation and entrepreneurship. They also include more business-facing disciplines such as information systems, operations and supply chain management.

Our research has received substantial external funding. It has been published in leading journals and other outlets. MOS research has had a measurable impact on a wide range of sectors. These include primary industry, manufacturing, services, third sector and public sector.

Study with us

We offer undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD programmes across a broad range of subjects. All our programmes are informed by research, teaching and the student experience. They reflect the dynamic nature of both theory and creative practice. 

Students on our programmes have the opportunity to develop their:

Our students gain valuable experience through placements, consultancy projects, and industry links.
